At CAn Fitness and Coaching, we embrace a holistic approach to health and fitness. Our philosophy combines mindset, nutrition, and hard work to empower individuals on their journeys toward well-being and fulfilling lives.
I made the choice to reclaim my power after realizing that my poor habits were detrimental to my health. As a smoker, I had 30-year aged lungs, and my unhealthy diet, drinking, and improper lifting techniques led to two herniated disks in my mid-30s. I developed sleep apnea, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. Additionally, my poor habits were impacting my children. I decided to change my lifestyle. As a result, I reversed my health issues and am now in my best health in my 40s. This journey is about coaching others to locate their power, identify barriers to change, and apply the necessary tools for lasting transformation in their lives.
That is how everything begins—by making a decision!
I hold a Master's degree from Penn State University with a minor in psychology, formal training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and I have been dedicated to personal training for over 6 years.
